When you fly a drone you need to be aware that the UK’s airspace is extremely busy with light aircraft, military jets and helicopters operating at low level. We offer short introductory lessons for new drone users that will help you to both fly safely and also teach you the basics of controlling your expensive drone to avoid early accidents.

Before You Have Even Bought your Drone

Don’t already own a drone, or perhaps you want to try the latest models? As well as beginner drone pilot training lessons, we offer the opportunity to fly our drones before you go ahead and buy one!

All our lessons are carried out by a qualified drone pilot instructor and can feature up to all three of the following unmanned aerial vehicles. We’ve also partnered with Moonrock Insurance so you can be reassured whilst flying.

More Advanced?

If you want to become an approved commercial drone operator, we can supply you with the necessary theory training and help you develop an operations manual to meet legal requirements.

We offer bespoke training, in conjunction with our partners to fit with your requirements in obtaining your A2 CofC and/or GVC from the Civil Aviation Authority.

For commercial pilots, we also recommend using an admin and flight planning application, such as DroneDesk!

Drone Training Pricing

It is against the law to fly a drone or model aircraft without passing the theory test or registering. You can also be fined for breaking the law when flying. In the most serious cases, you could be sent to prison.
